5. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Cardiology) :
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Double Post-Graduation i.e. basic essential M.D./ M.S. along with M.Ch. or D.M. in the speciality mentioned in Schedule II i.e. D.M. (Cardiology) from a recognized University or equivalent.   Experience Two years’ working experience after obtaining the first post graduate degree of M.S. or M.D.
6. Senior Divisional Medical Officer (Cardio-thoracic Surgery) :
(i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. 8. System Analyst :
(i) Master’s Degree in Computer Applications or M.Sc. Computer Science or M.Sc. Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute or Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology or Computer Science and Engineering or Information Technology from a recognized University or Institute. EXPERIENCE Three years post qualification experience in actual software development using PHP or JAVA or ASP.Net and having experience in database such as MYSQL or SQL or ORACLE or POSTGRES data base in a Government Office or Public Sector Undertaking or Statutory or Autonomous organization or from any recognized Institution.
9. Specialist Grade III (Microbiology/Bacteriology) :
(i) A recognized MBBS qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in the concerned speciality mentioned in Section-A or Section-B in Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.D. (Bacteriology)/MD (Microbiology)/ MBBS with M.Sc (Medical Bacteriology)/M.Sc.   The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is India's central recruiting agency. It is responsible for appointments to and examinations for All India services and group A and group B of Central services. While Department of Personnel and Training is the central personnel agency in India. The agency's charter is granted by Part XIV of the Constitution of India, titled as Services Under the Union and the States.The commission is mandated by the Constitution for appointments to the services of the Union and All India Services. It is also required to be consulted by the Government in matters relating to the appointment, transfer, promotion and disciplinary matters. Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions stipulated in sub-section (3) of section (13) of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post-Graduate Degree in the concerned super speciality mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI or equivalent i.e. M.Ch. (Urology). Three years’ experience in the concerned Specialty after obtaining the first Post Graduate Degree.
12. Lecturer in English :
Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in English Subject with first class or equivalent either at Bachelor’s Level Degree or Master’s Level Degree.
13. Veterinary Assistant Surgeon :
